STUDI KASUS SCHOOL REFUSAL PADA SISWA KELAS TIGA SEKOLAH DASAR

School refusal is a learning problem related to a person's reluctance to go to school. This study is a qualitative case study that discusses school refusal. The purpose of this study is to describe the symptoms of school refusal and the causes of school refusal in elementary school students. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subject of this study was a third-grade elementary school student who experienced school refusal. Researchers visited the school where the subjects studied. The subject of this study was accompanied and waited for by his mother while studying in class. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews. The data sources for this study were students, parents, and teachers. This study found the symptoms and causes of school refusal experienced by the research subjects. The symptoms of school refusal experienced by the research subjects were refusing to go to school, behaving in an unexpected way, and lacking the ability to control emotions while at school. The causes of the subjects experiencing school refusal were bad experiences at school and anxiety about being separated from parents.
